A practical and efficient way to get 30g of carbohydrate into your system fast. Our gels have a mild, neutral "Original" flavour to reduce flavour fatigue during longer efforts.
The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Where's my order coming from?
Orders from our UK store are shipped from our UK warehouse. If you order before 3pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped out that very same day (unless you pre-order items, which will have an estimated shipping date in their product description)!
Do I have to pay for shipping?
As a small business, it's just not feasible for us to offer free shipping on all orders, but we do offer it over a certain threshold in some countries. Our shipping fees are genuine reflections of the cost of fulfilling your order. Thank you for understanding!
What about import duties?
Orders from our UK store are shipped from the UK, so import/customs duties won't apply if you're based in Great Britain.
We don't collect import duties on orders shipping outside of the UK, but some local authorities do add such charges on to imported goods. We have no control over this and these are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return my order?
We offer a no quibble, 30-day money back guarantee on unopened/unused products, excluding some pre-order merch items. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your order, you can return qualifying products to us for a replacement or refund - just email us
Still got questions?
Our team are standing by to answer any questions you have about fueling and hydration. But please (please!), don't send us pictures of your pee asking us if we think you're dehydrated. We can't unsee things like that...
You can email us or hit us up on Facebook Messenger.
You can also book a free video consultation to discuss your strategy with one of our experts.
